Evan Sitzman

A certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and Nutrition Coach, Evan has been training clients professionally in a variety of settings for over 10 years and has seen almost every injury, disfunction, and issue possible. Whether you are 8 or 80, want to get stronger, rehab a nagging area, or simply be healthier, Coach Evan is able to develop and adapt an exercise program to meet your specific needs. An excellent problem solver, Evan is all about effective, efficient training solutions.

Erin Beltz

Coach Erin graduated from Franklin College with a Bachelor's in Heath Science and a Minor in Coaching and Fitness. Erin's holistic approach to health extends beyond the barbell, encompassing positive overall lifestyle choices. Besides being a BIRTHFIT coach, Erin also is a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. With five years of coaching under her belt, Erin's primary goal is to help women feel like the ultimate versions of themselves.

Jared Pond

Earning a degree in Exercise Science from Indiana State University, Coach Jared has worked with D1 athletes, powerlifters, strongman competitors, first responders, high school and middle school students, older adults, fat loss clients, and everyone in between. He believes that training should be sustainable, fun, highly-intentional, and tailored to the individual needs of the people with whom he works.
